The Reading Carnival is one of our community’s most beloved events, celebrating the vibrant culture, music, and history of the Caribbean while bringing together people from all walks of life.

We are incredibly excited to begin planning for Reading Carnival 2025! However, the event’s success relies heavily on the generosity of individuals and organisations like you. Without your support, we won’t be able to bring the carnival’s colourful parades, live music, and family-friendly activities to the streets next year.

To make Reading Carnival 2025 the unforgettable event we all cherish, we urgently need your help. We’re aiming to raise £70,000 to cover the costs of fencing, security, floats and licensing.

We are seeking financial contributions to ensure the smooth running of the carnival. Whether you can donate £10, £100, or more, every donation will bring us closer to making Reading Carnival 2025 a reality. Your donation could help fund essential aspects like:

• £50 could help provide materials for one carnival float.

• £100 could support the hire of security to keep our event safe.

• £500 could cover the cost of fencing which is now a requirement for all festivals.
